To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Website development and hosting is performed by SAMSA at www.SAMSA.com.

For payments that are made through a second party, PayPal for example, any information given to the second party is subject to their privacy policy.

For BriefView accounts and documents that are not designated as public, the content of these stored documents can only be viewed through the users account and is not viewable by BriefView administrators. The user’s export log contains titles of exported documents, these titles are viewable by BriefView administrators. Vector Vantage is not responsible for the security of exported files. Users are advised to take all the necessary precautions to protect their account from unauthorized access. The user is responsible to ensure any information in their account does not infringe on any copyright laws.

BriefView accounts have the option to designate a document along with its highlights and comments to be publicly viewable. When a document is designated as a public document it is viewable by the public and can be copied by the public in its entirety. The owner of the document can remove their document from the public documents section but has no control over any copies of their document that were made by the public. The user is responsible to ensure any information in their account or information that is made public does not on infringe any copyright laws.
